Automatic renewal — what to know before you subscribe

Paid plans (Lite, Pro, and Enterprise) are subscriptions that automatically renew — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of your current paid period — to avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
We email a receipt for every charge and, for annual plans, a reminder before renewal. We give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change before it applies to your next renewal.
All fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.

How does the free month work?: When you sign up you provide a payment method but are not charged. Your first 30 days are completely free. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at your plan’s rate unless you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during your free month, you will not be charged.
What’s the difference between the plans?: Lite covers small crews (up to 3 team members) with 10 AI reports a month. Pro adds unlimited reports, PDF export & sharing, video reports, and up to 10 team members. Enterprise adds unlimited members, dedicated onboarding, and priority support.
What if my team grows past my plan’s seats?: You can upgrade at any time from your account settings, and the change takes effect immediately. Enterprise supports custom team sizes — talk to sales for details.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
What happens if my payment fails?: If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If the issue is not resolved, your account may be limited until payment is updated.
